My consulting offerings span a wide range of applications related to Strategy – from the theoretic intensity of academia to succinct workshop-based management development programs, to the time-line oriented needs of the industry.

While my mainstay is consulting for companies – leveraging Strategy as a means to achieve sustainable growth, I enjoy the teaching stints at select institutions (IIMB, IIMA, MICA and others) which helps with a sound academic grounding and also the opportunity to shape the thinking of student-managers. I also conduct Management Development Programs for practicing managers, about one a year in Mumbai and Bangalore.
