- More case illustrations of business situations. More examples from India.
- Go a little more in detail on the emotional intelligence aspect of decision making.
- Some audio-visual case studies on decision making process.
- Get group activities to convey the concept – maybe a physical game or role playing.
- You could consider pre-reading as a pre-requisite for the programme to make it more effective.
