I teach at the the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Ahmedabad & Bangalore, amongst other institutions.

I like to interact with the country’s bright youngsters, to identify their motivations and explore how sound management education can equip them in their career endeavors.

At IIM Kashipur

I teach Strategic Thinking and Decision Making at IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. The course examines how we think rationally and intuitively and why don’t sometimes. It draws extensively from Game Theory, cognitive psychology, behavioural economics, and focuses on how to improve individual and organisational decisions.

I have taught strategy at Mudra Institute of Communication Ahmedabad (MICA) and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Bangalore, both premier business schools in India.

I write regularly on management and am often invited to speak at various forums. I have addressed large audiences, participated in panel discussions and conducted workshops for Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and management associations of Bangalore (BMA), Madras (MMA), Kerala (KMA), and Hyderabad (HMA).

I have also been a speaker at various forums of NASSCOM Bangalore and Mumbai.
